- Open registry editor by typing regedit.msc in search bar below in your windows machine.
- Open registry editor as administrator as shown below. Make sure outlook is closed.
- Navigate to: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\OFFICE\14.0\OUTLOOK\RESILIENCY
- Right click on RESILIENCY and delete as show below.RESILIENCY
- Launch outlook
