Sometime you face such issue even in newly bought windows laptops and desktops that you are unable to pair your Bluetooth devices such as Bluetooth headphones. To fix this, you just have to enable windows Bluetooth service in Windows computer. Hence to enable windows Bluetooth, follow the steps below.
From Start open Services.msc as administrator as reflected in figure 1 below.
>>Navigate to Bluetooth support service >> right click on it >> select Properties. You will see the below window as in figure 2.
>> Set the Startup type as Automatic >>click Apply then again click on Start button >> Click OK and you may close the services window.
After the above process, the Bluetooth service will start then go back to Windows settings >> Devices >> select Bluetooth & other devices >> Add Bluetooth & other devices >> Bluetooth.
