- Close the outlook application.
- Open up the Windows Registry Editor then click Start > Run.

- Go to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Autodiscover.
- Find the folder called BOOT then delete it.
- To delete, simply right click the folder and select ‘Delete‘.
- Now launch MS outlook for error free operation.
