HOW TO FIX CONNECTION TO THE PRINTER

You require to know how to do a location based search for printers

Computer keeps attempting to connect to the the printer but do not connect, as a result message pops as ” Connecting to the Printer”

How to find and install the closest printer within the domain.

• Click on Start
• Type in Device And Printers

• Click Add a Printer shown in snapshot above
• Add a Network printer

• Cancel search

• Select Find a printer  in the directory …

• Click Browse

• You must know the location and name of the printer you want to install, select the site and click OK

• Click Find Now

• Select the closest printer and click OK
• The driver will be downloaded and installed on its own.
