In this post we have explained how to change language settings in Microsoft office 2010. You do not need administrative rights to change language settings in Office 2010. This is simple and you can change it using GUI (Graphical user interface).

  1. Press the Start button to open the Start menu. Type “language” into the search field and chose the option “Microsoft Office 2010 Language Preferences”
  2. Select the desired language from the languages listed in the box under “Display Language”.
  3. Select the “Set as Default” button in order to set this language as default.
Select the desired language in Language preferences.

4. Press the “OK” button. You will then be notified that this change will take affect the next time you start one of the programs in Office 2010. If you have any Office 2010 programs open while changing the language preferences, these will need to be closed in order for the changes to be effective.

In menu above in outlook click on File as shown in image below.

Click on File

Inside File menu open Options as shown below.

Go to Options

Now follow the numbering sequence in image below then click OK.
